I tried twitchyhands.com because my hands get sore easily, and I was hoping it would make a noticeable difference. At first it felt alright, but after using it for a while my wrist started sitting in a weird position and I kept having to adjust it.
The shape just didn’t really fit my hand, and when I looked around for more guidance or support, it kind of felt like my concerns were being ignored. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me the ergonomics felt off enough that I wouldn’t want to use it every day
